Favourite tips come from themes that tend to be repeated by research and I do hear back from patients who have been successful at attaining a healthy weight. 

The first thing I always ask is, “what’s your achilles heel in your diet?”  If you can replace one consistently bad habit with a healthy substitute you are well on your way!
 
My top 4!
 
1. Decrease carbohydrates and increase protein
2. Increase fibre
3. Restrict time you eat (don’t consume calories within 3 hrs of bed!)
4. Eat till you're satisfied not full.
