This week's Q&A with Dr.Darrell we look at the Common Myth : Once you start you have to keep going!

Chiropractic care of the spine is no different than any other healthy habit.  It’s good for you for as long as you want to do it!  Sometimes people can feel a little “hooked” on feeling good and having improved mobility and vitality.  I don’t know why that’s a problem!
