For over 29 years, Dr. Morin has proudly provided high-quality chiropractic care to the South Edmonton community. We are passionate about wellness and dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient—and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Handle payment processing and insurance claim submissions
- Support recall bookings and patient follow-ups
- Assist with payroll and basic office financial tasks
- Provide support to chiropractors during patient care
- Thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced clinical setting
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and platforms like JANE or Sage/QuickBooks is a plus
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, strong time management, and a team-player mindset
- A health-conscious lifestyle that aligns with our wellness-focused environment
Details:
- Location: Summerside Chiropractic, 1540 - 91 Street, South Edmonton
- Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday mornings)
- Wage: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities
- Benefits: Extended health care
